i skipped a day, i know. it was uneventful.
today i ran out of ramen. bummer. i have 2 cups of rice, and a whole lot of peanut butter and jelly left. and some bread. and some flour.
and a whole lot of oatmeal.
i'm trying to ramp back up to 1600 calories tomorrow, 1800 on the 27th, and 2000 on the 28th.
today:
1 PB&J sandwich - 410 calories, 14g protein
2 slices bread - 160 calories, 8g protein
1 pkg ramen - 380 calories, 10g protein
1 cup rice - 300 calories, 6g protein
1 taco - 180 calories, 9g protein
total: 1450 calories, 47g protein

How have you managed not eating or drinking out with friends?
