2 pkg ramen - 760 calories, 20g protein
2 tbsp spread, 140 calories
1 pancake - 210 calories, 6g protein
2 slices bread, 160 calories, 10g protein

  1. Just out of curiosity: how do you eat your Ramen? Soupy or Dry? What flavor did you get? Do you get headaches from the flavor packaging?

    I lived on Ramen in high school but I've never really branched out from the oriental flavor.
